Now, this book is worth every penny spent. It’s thick and full of rich history. Not the history you were tortured with during the experience of an education system that warrants a complete reformation. Rather, the history that tells the story as it is. Without brushing over topics of immense importance to avoid making so called “heroes” of history known for what they truly were. No questionable euphemisms or phony accounts of why happened in the passed. Just the raw unadulterated truth which is what people need to know about how this country came to be what it is today. Highly recommend for anyone interested and highly recommend for anyone not interested. An eye opening must read that provides a much needed medication for the myopic ignorance that has plagued the majority of an accounts of the United States history.
